Your BioSphere Concierge membership brings together a dedicated concierge physician, Human Optimization Strategist™, certified nutrition coach, and personal trainer — all working from one coordinated health strategy, powered by advanced diagnostics, labs, imaging, wearable data, and BioSphere Intelligence.

What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is a membership model where you get direct, unhurried access to a physician who knows your history — longer visits, faster responses, and proactive prevention instead of rushed appointments. BioSphere Concierge adds a Human Optimization Strategist™, nutrition coach, and trainer working from the same coordinated plan as your physician.
How much does concierge medicine cost?
BioSphere Concierge · BioPrimary™ is $599/month and includes BioCore™ strategy membership. That covers your dedicated strategist, nutrition and exercise coaching, tracking, and coordination. Medical services are delivered by licensed physicians of BioSphere Physician Partners, PC and are billed separately from the coaching membership.
Where does BioSphere serve clients?
BioSphere is headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut and works with clients across Fairfield County CT, Westchester County NY, and Putnam County NY — including Ridgefield, Greenwich, Westport, New Canaan, Bedford, and Katonah — with virtual visits and coaching available throughout the region.
Does concierge medicine replace my insurance?
No. A concierge membership covers access, coordination, and coaching — it is not health insurance. You should keep coverage for hospitalization, specialists, imaging, and emergencies. Many clients use their insurance for labs and outside care while the concierge team quarterbacks the whole picture.

Educational overview only. Any medical protocol is prescribed at the independent discretion of a licensed physician after evaluation — not by BioSphere coaching staff.
Onboarding evaluation
Full history, comprehensive labs, body composition, and a baseline health strategy built with your physician and strategist together.
Ongoing primary care
Acute visits, chronic condition management, prescription management, and preventive care directed independently by your concierge physician.
Advanced diagnostics
Where clinically appropriate, physicians may order advanced cardiac, metabolic, or imaging studies, and coordinate specialist referrals.
Quarterly strategy reviews
A structured review of labs, wearable trends, nutrition, and training, with the next quarter's plan set in writing.
Medical Access Through Partnership
Access to medical evaluation, labs, and prescription protocols is provided through our partnership with BioSphere Physician Partners, PC. BioSphere Human Optimization provides non-medical coaching, education, and coordination. All diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are made independently by licensed clinicians and are billed separately from your membership.
